ALS Association

The ALS Association takes care of ALS sufferers by, for example, equipping the car with a ramp for the wheelchair and covering the costs for this conversion. But the association also acts as a psychological counselling centre, which is at least as valuable as the financial support.

Until probably the end of March 2023, we are organising the jersey project for Alle Lieben Schmidt e.V., in which sports clubs and professional athletes are asked for a signed or worn jersey so that we can then auction them off for the association. Last year we were able to raise about 3,280€ with 27 jerseys at the 1st edition. This year, we have already received more than 30 pledges from various clubs and athletes and I am already sure that this project will be a complete success again.

FSV Mainz 05, VFL Bochum, Wolfsburg, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hertha BSC Berlin, Werder Bremen, 1. FC Köln, the German national handball team and many more clubs and Olympians have already made some very great commitments to me for the 2023 project 🙂 We are now pursuing the (secret) goal of organising a jersey from all 18 Bundesliga clubs. Only Leipzig, Union Berlin, Gladbach, Stuttgart and Freiburg are still missing. FC Bayern has assured us of its support in another form. So not much is missing.
