Bamberg: Ukraine Aid

Since February, our employee Fabian Engler has been involved with Bamberg: UA (Ukraine Aid) in the Humanitarian Aid department in contacting doctors, medical supply stores and pharmacies in order to acquire donations in kind for direct shipment to Ukraine.

Other activities include setting up donation boxes for monetary donations and contacting schools that would like to donate money, e.g. by selling waffles.

 Humanitarian Aid also organises the purchase of ambulances or rescue equipment. The direct contact of the Ukrainian founders of the association to hospitals and institutions ensures that the donations are actually transported to the country. Mr. Engler also works on a voluntary basis for donations in kind on site and for the distribution of clothing in the clothing store in Bamberg.
